1. All orders selected online will be re routed to our WhatsApp line. We will communicate directly with you and attend to all queries and questions as soon as is reasonably possible. Any queries raised out of business hours will be attended to on the next business day, business days being Monday – Friday, hours being 08h00 – 16h00.
2. Once the order is confirmed and we receive your proof of payment, orders will be processed for dispatch.
3. Whilst we aim to provide an efficient service, certain items may take longer than expected due to the nature of the item and / or availability bearing in mind that most items are hand made. We keep stock on hand and therefore, strive to ensure that orders are received within 3 – 7 days of receiving your proof of payment. Please allow delays for courier services as well as consideration of weekends and public holidays.
4. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the items and the suppliers being talented people trying to earn a living, we cannot allow for any refund or return. Exchanges may be allowed subject to item being in good order and condition and we are notified within 24 hours of receipt of the item. Any expense regarding delivery or courier of the exchange must be borne by the customer.
5. We use the services of courier guy and have various options available to you either via door to door or locker services. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the correct physical address is given at the time of placing your order as well as, to ensure that there is someone to collect the item when the courier company arrives. Courier will be charged according to the size and dimensions of the packaging in accordance with the courier guy guidelines.
6. As an alternative and more cost effective option, we offer a delivery at one of our listed pick up points at a flat rate of R50.00 per order. These times must be strictly adhered to and an extension of 5-10 minutes will be allowed provided that we are notified timeously.
The pick up point information is as follows;
– Mondays and Wednesdays between 12h45 and 13h45 at McDonalds Drive-Thru Centre, corner of Chief Albert Street and Burger Street, Pietermaritzburg Central.
– Tuesdays and Thursdays between 16h00 and 17h00 at Cascades Lifestyle Centre, 23 Mc Carthy Drive, Chase Valley Downs, Pietermaritzburg.
